Collin County Turns to Stylists to Combat Domestic Violence

Collin County is taking an uncommon method to combating domestic violence– through hairstylist.

The Cut It Out Initiative is Collin County’s way of assisting determine the indications of domestic violence by training hairstylist to identify those indications.

A main kick-off for the effort is set for Oct. 2.
